Yay for 2012! {Personal} Springfield, MO Photographers

I recapped CBP's 2012 yesterday and decided why not go down memory lane again today. :-) Levi and I have had some really fun adventures and enjoyed the company of many a fine folk this year. ;-) It has been a blast! We celebrated our 4 year Anniversary as well as 4 wonderful years in our home here in Missouri. It's hard to believe all that has happened in 4 short years. What an incredible journey it has been :-)  Tonight 'the girls' (my Mom & Sister in law, niece and dear friend Kiley) are going the Nutcracker Ballet and tomorrow we are celebrating Christmas early, before Levi & I head east to celebrate again with my side of the family. I hope everyone has a wonderful Holiday! Warm wishes and love to all this season! XO

Our good friends Eric, Bethany and their adorable chessy pup Bodhi came all the way from PA to visit us! It's a big deal when someone travels a thousand miles to visit. We are so thankful! That week, we thoroughly caught up and reminisced old times. We also saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers in concert in Tulsa. Thanks again loves! 

Levi, his sister Callie & our dear friend Andrew ran A TON this year and participated in Bass Pro's Fitness Festival. I am so proud of them!

Things I Love Thursday {Fitness Festival 2012} Springfield, MO

My husband Levi has always been into fitness and a was an avid cross country runner in his High School years. After high school he lost the desire to do anything competitive, until now. :-) Ironically, my sis-in-law  Callie was less involved in High School and is a crazy running fanatic now. *hehe*

Last Saturday Bass Pro Shops (founded here in Springfield, MO) hosted the Outdoor Fitness Festival's Conservation Marathon and it was super fun! Callie ran the Half Marathon and Levi, his co-worker and friends ran the Marathon Relay. Everyone did AWESOME and even Buddha bear came along and had a good time. It takes a lot of dedication and guts to do long runs! SO PROUD of everyone who ran!

Fenby Family {Fall 2012} Bolivar, MO Family Photographer

These guys are MY family! LOVE THEM! Callie is my sis-in-law and her children light up my world. Gabe is now 6, Ava 4 & Olivia 2. They are such loving children and a source of much laughter. haha! They say the funniest things. This years pictures were a breeze and I'm sad to see them growing up so fast. I love their bright colors...matches their personalities completely. Sure to make you smile. Enjoy! :-)

Things I love Thursday {Summer Bliss} Springfield, MO Photographer

It took me all day to decide what I was going to write about, because post vacation week is always pretty awesome. I'm like a new person. ;) Totally rejuvenated and thankful for SO much. So much so, that I originally had 1/2 of a novel written for today's 'Things I Love Thursday'. (Maybe it's because I haven't done one in a MONTH, yikes!) I know you're all thankful I scratched that and started over. I'm pretty sure you're all here to look at pictures. ;) As I recall harder times, I remind myself not to take for granted the little things that make life so sweet. Smiles, laughs, BBQs, evening walks, quiet peaceful moments alone or with the ones you love...meeting new people or enjoying time with old friends. Summertime is my favorite and brings me so much joy. It's easy for me to work, work, work and this summer has been the first one in a long time, where I feel at peace and able to 'be in the moment'. Not sure how I got to this place, nevertheless I'm thankful.
